Doors Opening for training 13th June 2020

Updated: Sep 8, 2020

We are excited to advise that the NSW Gov has confirmed the date of 13th June when we can open the studio to students. You may recognize Selene in the photo above, she had a baby girl 2 months ago and hopes to return to training in about 2 months.

Guidelines and Practice

Opening the studio will be under COVIDSAFE guidelines and practices. And we ask all students attending to follow these guidelines for your safety, fellow students, and mine. Measures we are undertaking include:

  • Guidelines and rules signage inside and outside the studio.

  • Hand sanitizer, soap, and paper towels provided for personal use.

  • Disinfectant spray and wipes for equipment and surfaces.

  • New floor layout to assist personal distancing and allocated training spaces.

  • During sessions, avoiding equipment sharing where possible.

  • Cleaning and disinfecting schedule.

  • 15 min space between classes for hygiene and distancing

Studio Capacity

The maximum capacity under COVIDSAFE distancing is 17 people for our space however, I am limiting attendance to:

  • Tai-chi or fitness sessions: 8 students + Shifu (when no equipment used.)

  • Squad Training: 5 students + Shifu (when using the equipment/stations.)

  • Personal Training: 6 students maximum for private groups.

Bookings Required

Book to guarantee your spot for training. With these strict limits, we cannot make exceptions. Let me know ASAP the class you wanting to attend.

Se you all in two weeks!
