Sanda Sanchou Sparring
This is traditional Shaolin form of sparring, "Shaolin Boxing". used for training and competition. Over time students will become competent in sparring without the use of gloves or protective gear. Sanda improves reaction timing, calmness whilst under attack and confidence to block kicks and strikes.
To begin Sanda Sanchou training one must have graded to level 3 and or be invited. This is full contact therefore injuries are to be expected.
Sanda Sanchou classes are currently not running due to Covid-19 distancing rules.
