This is our regular timetable for Group Classes, however times may vary so please refer to the Class Schedule below to confirm time and book.

Kung Fu (adults and teens)

  • 6:30 pm Monday (open-all levels)

  • 7:30 pm Tuesday (open-all levels)

  • 6:30 pm Wednesday (open-all levels)

  • 7:30 pm Thursday (open-all levels)

  • 10:00 am Saturday (open-all levels)

Kids Kung Fu (7-13 years)

  • 4:30 pm Wednesday 

  • 9:00 am Saturday 

Tai Chi & Qi Gong

  • 6:30 pm Tuesday (open-all levels)

  • 7:30 pm Wednesday (open-all levels)

  • 6:00 pm Thursday (open-all levels)

  • 7:00 pm Thursday (advanced 30min session)  

  • 10:00 am Monday & Wednesday (seniors)

HOW LONG ARE THE CLASSES

All classes are usually 1 hour long.

WHAT TO WEAR AND BRING

Comfortable work out clothes, t-shirt and shorts or track pants (preferably black). Women can wear legging. Black Gi (karate pants) are also good but they can get hot in summer.
Don't forget a bottle of water and if doing kung fu, bring a towel.
