Bring bottle of water, also bring a towel if doing a kung fu class

Wear comfortable work out clothes. Kung Fu you can get quite hot so shorts and t-0shirt, tai chi is not as demanding so sweat pants or leggings is OK.
Club T-shirts are available try on at the studio or order online.
