Sign-up for an ongoing training plan for Tai Chi and Qi Gong that is based on your preferred frequency and billing period. Our Senior plans have an initial 6 week commitment to help get you started towards your goal. Classes are designed for appropriate age and ability.

Wear comfortable work out clothes.
Terms and Conditions

If after your first week you don't want to continue, we'll cancel and refund 100%.

After the first week, senior plans initial period is minimum of 6 weeks.

After 6 weeks, the plan can be cancelled with 2 weeks notice.

Payment date is based on the the start of the plan.

Payment date can be adjusted on request e.g. change from 1st to 15th.

Cancellation or pausing the plan inside the 6 weeks is at the discretion of management.

No-shows and late cancellations forfeit the credit for the session. A cancellation surcharge will apply for more than 3 no-shows and late cancellations within 3 months.

A two-week plan pause on payment is available per year - send request to management with 1 month notice of when the pause is required.

Failure to pay for the plan within the grace period provided will automatically cancel the plan and forfeit any remaining sessions. The student will need to purchase a new plan.

Students can request to change between plans with 2 weeks notice.
