Functional Intensive Training, Shaolin Style. This class focuses on fitness, strength, conditioning and agility using proven traditional Shaolin training and techniques.
Aimed at adults and teens that want an interesting and varied work out program. Shaolin FIT can be done on its own or as a compliment to squad training.
Sessions will cover traditional Shaolin drills, strength and high-cardio exercises, and shaolin-boxing style combinations that will test and develop participants focus and endurance.
No prior martial arts experience is necessary!
