Traditional Shaolin training for Functional Fitness
This is Functional Intensive Training - Shaolin Style. Training the way Shaolin have been training for 1500 years. This class focuses on fitness, strength, conditioning, and agility using proven traditional Shaolin training and techniques.

Aimed at adults and teens that want an interesting and varied work out program. Shaolin FIT can be done on its own or as a complement to Kung Fu squad training.

Sessions cover traditional Shaolin drills, strength and high-cardio exercises, and Shaolin-boxing style combinations that will test and develop participants focus and endurance.

This is not meant as a martial or self-defence training class, it uses martial techniques to develop fitness. This is a high-pace class students' should work within their fitness capability. No prior martial arts experience is necessary!
