Shaolin Kung Fu Training (Adults)


Service Description

This is an open training session for all students learning the Shaolin syllabus, Kung Fu. The class is suitable for men and women aged from teenage to seniors. CONTENT The session is an intensive program based on traditional training techniques, including: - Tàolù (traditional form) - Yòng (application and combinations) - Sanda (Chinese kickboxing) - Fitness, agility, and coordination drills - Strength, conditioning, flexibility and fitness training All sessions start with light stretching then warm-up followed by the training program for the day. FORMAT Session content alternates weekly, daily ie. Mondays: week 1 is Tàolù, then week 2 its yong, week 3 changes to mixed content, drills, or sanda. RATE Casual Rate $45* per session, less for students on subscription plans. *Price includes GST. Additional 1.9% surcharge for Stripe or Square payments

Cancellation Policy

Bookings received up to 3 hrs prior to session time, however please check, email or text if you are booking on the day. Charges apply for cancellations and changes to bookings when less than 24 hrs notice. No charge for rescheduling or changing bookings more than 12 hrs notice before the scheduled session.
