Shaolin board breaking is a test of mind more than physical.
Physical preparation conditioning of all the contact points, in this case elbow, hand knife edge, ball of the foot and heel. Exercises include qi gong on the elbow, knife edge to sand bags, wood, brick walls anything I could strike. I found during the journey I started to change mentally. Leading up to break test I had did single board breaks this is tests to see if you are ready. But going up to 2 boards is a big difference.
