Tai Chi & Qi Gong Beginners Class
Shaolin Qi Gong and Tai Chi training suitable for men and women beginners. This program is based on traditional training techniques, including breathing and meditation. Continuous practice will build mastery and improve one's ability to manage stress, anxiety, assertiveness, confidence, mindfulness, focus, and general wellbeing. There is no prerequisite for this class other than an eagerness to learn, practice in your own time, and be 16 yrs or older. Casual Rate $40 per session. Regular student $35 per session. Bookings received up to 3 hrs prior to session time, however please check, email or text if you are booking on the day. Charges apply for cancellations and changes to bookings when less than 24 hrs notice. No charge for rescheduling or changing bookings more than 24 hrs notice before the scheduled session.
