Year 8 High School Students learn Shaolin Kung Fu

Updated: Sep 10, 2020

Shaolin Kung Fu training is a great success with with year 8 students at St Joseph's High School in Albion Park. They are not only learning self defence through blocks, strikes and kicks, breaking various holds and grips suing chin'na techniques. They are learning basic moves with weapons including the da dao (broard sword) and bo staff.

Shifu Darrin and his team teach two class groups of 50+ students at St Joseph's Catholic High School in Albion Park during the term. The students are very engaged though a little apprehensive at first. That is until they gain confidence with the techniques and weapons. Then, there is nothing holding them back.

If you are interested in finding out more out providing Shaolin Kung Fu training as part of a PE program at your School, then please give me a call.
